With advanced training in SoulCollage®, the Enneagram, and Dreamwork, Becky offers these tools to assist you in discovering all the many fascinating aspects of who God (or your Higher Power) created you to be.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is the ministry of companioning another while they explore their spiritual life, deepen their relationship with the Divine, and discern how to live in alignment with their faith or values. It is not counseling or therapy but rather a journey of accompaniment where the Spiritual Director listens, asks reflective questions, and helps the directee (the client) become more aware of the presence and movement of God (or the sacred) in their life.
People seek spiritual direction for various reasons, such as:
Strengthening their prayer life
Finding clarity in decision-making
Processing spiritual doubts or struggles
Deepening their sense of purpose
Healing religious wounds and discarding old religious narratives that no longer serve
It is common in many religious traditions, including Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, and others. The process usually involves regular one-on-one monthly meetings. Spiritual Direction sessions are available in person at Becky’s office in Cary, NC and online.
SoulCollage®
SoulCollage® is a creative process that involves arranging and gluing images onto 5x8 inch cards. It is a gentle, playful way of exploring your life by recognizing and honoring different aspects of your authentic Self and giving voice to your soul through collaged images.
The SoulCollage® process encourages the use of intuition and inner wisdom, while you create an incredible deck of cards with deep personal meaning. By answering journal prompts, you can unlock the meaning behind the images. These images serve as a doorway to your soul.
The SoulCollage® community is a welcoming and inclusive space for seekers and creatives to gather for inspiration and support. No artistic ability is required for this technique - only the ability to cut (or tear) and paste.
Becky offers various SoulCollage® opportunities throughout the year, including online and in-person open studios, day-long themed workshops, and multi-day retreats.
The Enneagram
The Enneagram serves as a multifaceted tool for self-discovery, both personally and spiritually. It acts as a map for growth, a mirror for self-reflection, and an entry point for shifting from automatic patterns to authentic living.
What it is NOT is a limiting box that narrowly defines us. When used correctly, the Enneagram is a launching pad for deep personal growth, which can lead to clarity and authenticity - truly living into the person you were created to be.
Identifying the Enneagram type with which you most strongly resonate is just the first step toward living a life of authenticity and purpose. Becky offers Enneagram coaching for those eager to explore more deeply who they were created to be. The Enneagram is an excellent tool for facilitating this journey.
Dreamwork
Dreamwork offers direct access to our inner selves, supporting our journey toward becoming whole and healthy individuals. It is a sacred practice that contributes to the process of individuation. Becky provides individual dream work during spiritual direction sessions, as well as projective dream groups, which are held at various times throughout the year.
